Most of the long time users draw most of their entertainment from the forum- interaction. I think submitting that info to the users in a non-profit way might do the job. But it requires some verbal skills in expressing themselves from the users, and it´s different from the usual "press and play" concept. Given our current user structure (many of them are quite young) it might be quite a task to get a really high participation in the (old-fashioned, text based) forums.
