I don't think that it Is, from what I see the ratings are a mere example of what should have been, not what the game really is. So I don't know why the difference was like this, this is the first time that I've witnessed such a disparity in the ratings, especially on offense!
Yep, GS has a big impact but enthusiasm seems to affect only the Defense and Rebounding in the game, that's why on scrimmages of National Teams for example, you can see normal offense ratings but low defense and rebounding, I didn't notice if it had any correlation with Outside Shooting but you never know..
Yep, I agree, I think that OD is way overrated in this game, and even if you have a 200k guard with very good outside skills he will perform poorly so you only need a guard with high levels of defense and That's a shame.
