I think if these skill sets were the minimum requirements, most of the current NT players won't be there on the team...Some of these requirements are too much to ask for. I think you need to lower these skill levels. For eg, there aren't many PF with proficient OD...
And also, there shouldn't be too much restriction regarding stamina and free throw.

We cannot build a strong team until we shift to long term plans and thats what I am doing. Can we shift this discussion to general interests so that this thread didn't messup.

Agree with that.

You guys can't live thinking just in All Star players, all strong NT are all full of Hall Of Hame players. It's better have unrealistic dreams than stay living in the low side of the standings.

I have a player that i'm actually training that could have the potential to be an Indian NT player. I need your thoughts and, if you agree with my statement, i need someone that follows me with the training.
