You mean like they do with banners and logos ? :)

Most people upload banners and logos, why should it be any different for jerseys ?

Because a lot of pictures are not banners nor logos but can look like some where pictures that are not jerseys will not look like jerseys.

Instead of uploading our jerseys the game can have a jersey creator, like in Hattrick

It would be better, but it would mean more work for the BBs!
Maybe they're already on it!

From what I see around, a lot of the pictures are banners and logos.
Some teams have a logo that looks more like an avatar and have no banner which I am perfectly fine with.
Anything uploaded that is not a banner or a logo and that is not offensive and abide to the site's rules, I am perfectly fine with and it has never caused a problem AFAIK.
I don't want BB to become despotic about it, let people do what they want to do.
Same if sometimes no jersey would actually be uploaded, what is the annoyance ? It would finally let most users fulfill this long awaited dream of proudly displaying in front the world their beloved team's jersey :)

It should be self-policed by restraining the feature to supporters just like banners and logos.

I agree, there's no problem if something else than a jersey is uploaded.
But for the teams that don't use logo/banner areas as they're supposed to be, there's no reason to give them a third place for a random picture.
For those who use it correctly, a jersey creator would still be better in my opinion ;)

You can already use your banner to show off your jersey if you wish. Another box for random pictures does not therefore seem so useful.

An actual kit editor is a completely different thing.

Buy supporter first and upload your logo and banner.

You can showcase your jerseys in your banner anyway.

It could fill the gap until the 5 other years you are going to wait :)

A dedicated space for a jersey allows for it to be displayed on several pages, like the logo, for example.

Suggestions for jerseys come back often. It's probably one of the most desired feature.
It's sad the solution might be to throw it out on the banner. We can't expect better, I guess.
