The developers are already thinking about it and exploring the possibilities. Problem is that they don't have the required expertise, and acquiring it might be too expensive. Here is what BB-marin said about it:

A mobile app with some basic functionality would be feasible if we had the means to develop it. By means I mean money and programmers who could code it for Android and iOS (I've never developed mobile apps, and frankly, don't have time to do it). This means we should code two apps (expensive) or decide to code only one of them, which wouldn't cover the whole problem. Another issue is the complexity, since the match viewer in itself is such a big task to do, it would take a long time to develop. My estimate is that we'd need a lot of money to do it in a reasonable amount of time. Even if some users contribute financially, the cost could be too great for us to undertake. I'm afraid this means the mobile app is a very long way from seeing the light of day. There's the option of coding the match viewer in HTML5 or something similar that mobile devices can actually run (in contrast to Flash), which could be a more feasible option. It's something to think about.

A friend of mine is doing a graduation project in developing apps, he also plays Buzzer beater very very casually (like only checking if he's winning without doing anything). I've asked him if he might be interested in helping or anything

Lets just start with having the site features build on HTML 5 and not Flash - allowing full functionality from mobile - even without a native app...

By the way, Flash isn't any more avabile on smartphones and tabs. Adobe Flash Player was deleted from Google Play Store and you can only find it only on internet, but maybe you will find just an old version, so isn't very conforatble.

After I spent some time looking for the Flash Player, I finally found the last version for Android 2.x-3.x archivated. Here's the download link: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers...
