What about the rebounding hole of my main trainee? I want to train his DR, IS, ID dis season.

If at the end of the training of your guy you switch to training bigs, you can include him in their RB training.

If you don't have other trainees, you can train the 2nd guy. The first guy has too many holes if you ask me.

Tnx bro! i am planning on outside based training dis whole season and nxt season is 4 training inside based.
