5 luxury boxes, 45 courtside seats and 50 lower tier is what I'd do first. This may leave you with L-i-t-t-l-e money but you'll quickly earn it back as long as you aren't paying big money for things you don't need. Like having a 19 player roster: sack your worst 7 and try to average 60 minutes of playing time per week between league games and scrimmages with each of the remaining 12. This will improve your teams game shape and make them play better.
