Honestly, what you lack right now from your post is class. I'm not gonna bother defending Jason. Firstly, there is nothing to defend as he apologised and already admitted he did a shit job. Secondly, he isn't our U21 manager. You are. To me all this pointless bashing is just self-serving and in fear of him making another run at the post next time.

The election before this MightyMouse almost beat you. The election after that, Jason did. Ask yourself why.

If you want me to pinpoint all the way back to season 12 (when I started playing) what you didn't achieve, and what you did achieve its gonna take way too much effort tbh. I'll jus make general statements based on what i remember.

Every time elections come around, or right before, you become super active and start promising the world. And every time after being re-elected it proves to be exactly that. Election talk that doesn't translate into any or very little action.

You've been U21 manager for 19 seasons if I'm not mistaken?

- where is the scouting system u speak of every election? 19 seasons and you never managed to get any scouts onto your staff - apart from Izhar, who would have done it any way as we can see from how passionate he is about the NT

- what have you done to encourage the community training U21 players? where are the U21 threads in the forums, contests and updates? yea. yea. I speak to lots of people via BBmail, we talk there. Sorry but I call BS. If you want community involvement, especially for the U21 - you should be utilising the boards here as well as our FB page to create and keep interest in the team. Saying oh, I work behind the scenes is just a lame excuse.

If no one see the interactions, firstly know one knows it is happening. And if know one knows, it doesn't spark interest of involvement from more managers. In 19 seasons - you failed to do this. Heck you can't even post reports on U21 games consistently throughout the season. You do a few, then 'forget' to the rest of the season.

- the youth development programme? seriously, I apologise if this made me laugh out loud. In your 19 seasons as the U21 manager, you brought us to ONE Asian semi-final. ONE Terfu. Stop sitting on your laurels. What happen all the other seasons? Let's talk about the seasons we didn't get in to the next round. A quick glance at the U21 team's history shows that we rarely even win half our games every season. You said that we have too few users and too few managers. What I suggested in the FB boards only takes 8 managers. what have you done to remedy this in your 19 seasons as U21 manager. Its not a new problem, where were your ideas and suggestions to overcome this issue?

- in your tenure how many times did you forget to set line ups? in your tenure, how many times did you make bad tactical decisions that cost us wins?

Until you address these issues, to me all you are is a scout. You look for talent, and send template training programmes. You do nothing to impress the community - neither in terms of results or long term plans.

Edit:
Also, saying that you didn't go all out because the title doesn't matter to you is BS.

1) You went on a mudslinging campaign even before the election began
2) If the title meant nothing to you, when Jason invited you to join his team as an assistant, regardless of whether you were U21 Manager, you would have continued to check n talk to the 'wasted' talents that Jason didn't oversee. Since you of course, only have the best interest for the U21

Serious, stop talking down to us. We know well enough what you've done and what you've fail to do. Cut the crap and lets start on a clean slate.

edit 2

whoops. wrong mouse. Black mouse

Dude, what's with the goading and the personal attacks? grow up.

you winning the election does not empower you to belittle your opponent. and like vince said, have a bit of class. or at least learn to.

Wow... sounds like post election fever. The passion from each side is really like GE13 level!

Jokes aside, the election result was very clear. TerFu won.
Even if he won by only 1 seat and only 3 people voted, he is still a winner.
Unlike GE13 there is no 'Blackout' card to be used nor is there a 21 days petition grace period nor can you suddenly claim that the other two contenders are now merged into one party and hence is the majority.
Those who don't like the result will have to accept reality and try to 'UBAH' in the next U21 elections.

Though personally I would have offered the other election hopefuls a chance to still contribute to U21 NT by engaging their help and expertise instead of gloating or delivering some punches after the bell already rang that the fight is over.

Anyway, what's past is past.
There is no point bringing BB Malaysia history out again AFTER the elections.

Can we just concentrate on what is at hand which is what the next course of action will be to improve the U21 team?
Get to work people!

phenom was a dumb ass who refused to admit he was wrong or made a mistake. Jason already apologised and admitted he didn't do a good job. total difference here.

I honestly malas nak layan Terfu. I don't know if you're trolling or delusional. perhaps both. I've said my piece, take it as you want.
