It might make more sense to tax any amount over 8 Million or whatever X Millions is deemed appropriate.

Say that there is a 10% tax on anything over 8 Million and some has 9 Million

then they would pay 10% of the extra 1 Million and pay $100,000 in tax for the week.

I think this idea makes more sense than to just have a hard cap.

I would prefer a soft cap on salaries, say after a million in total salaries, you pay dollar per dollar luxury tax. If it's too much, than 0.5 or so
