It's possible. I should stress that setting your lineup on mobile phones is risky - due to bad browser coding, sometimes the tactics won't be set correctly and you should always check your lineup once saved.

I have had the same issue. im not using mobile.. is thre a way to make new starting 5 manditory thanks in advance f or any reply

It's always mandatory, but you should, nevertheless, check each time you set your lineup, just to make sure the changes were saved.
