For PGs, I tend to switch off every week by training OD one week, then PA the next. I don't like training for pops, I prefer to just have a regular system to follow. Then, the next season I'd move on to OD and JS...

Since he is so short, I would start out by training his OD to proficient (9). Next, I would give him some JS/1v1 Guards to get his Handling and Driving to at least strong (8). After that, I would train his PA until he hits proficient.

ok thanks for the advise, will a lvl 4 trainer be good for his development?

Yeah a lvl 4 trainer is good enough. It is not necessary to go higher.

When training 1v1 do you get the same results if you train the hole team. Or is it better to train guards and forwards .

I would like to add ,that training 1v1 on Forwards trains also IS a bit,thats very important for a PG I think..
So if its possible don't train 1v1 on the guards but choose Forwards...
