I would recommend buying/drafting an 18 year old as a primary trainees and and buying a couple 20/21 year olds as secondary trainees. You won't regret it.

Have you ever been a parent? Lt alone a parent to newborn twins? Time for buzzerbeater or yourself is a luxury...

Training takes no more time than buying crappy players. All you got to do is set your lineup and pick a skill to train.

And I have two young daughters (not twins though) and I am very involved in their lives. To me the best part of BB is the fact that the time commitment is pretty low. Good luck to you and your family.

OK, but that doesn't change the point of my comment.

Good luck to the OP and his/her family.

got kids, still find time for BB, this aint a 12 hour a a day job

Well, with my job, I wouldn't be able to keep wife happy, stay working, sleep enough not to die, take care of kids, and still do whats needed to stay fit enough for my job on my own time, to still do bb.

Exactly, most weeks I don't even change my training, it really is quite simple. And sometimes when I do change my training focus, I keep the training at the same position (for example, from outside defense to passing), so my lineup rotation doesn't change.

Even if you are not a training pro, a team will benefit from one position training on a young player as long as one doesn't make a player with a single dominant skill.

Time is a luxury I have with no kids.

10 minutes to set up a line up, assuming there's no injuries, and then depends on cup games etc. plus staying competitive, etc.

If you play this game seriously, takes more time than you think. If you do it as a mild time consuming hobby, yeah 10 minutes is no problem.

Course, I could just do the "let the kids raise themselves" thing that seems to be a popular parenting method nowadays....

Course, that's also why I have infinite more job security than my wife the teacher.
