well tthere already is a feature to edit players faces, but you have to have drafted them.
customising the arena - arena is tied in with the game economy, so unless u meant from a asthetic perspective, its probably not going to happen.
Jersey customisation it is! Would be great to see this - can already do a banner and other logo, so why not jersey.
