Hey man, welcome to Buzzerbeater.

If you are talking about the draft, you can use money to gain scouting points per week. These points are accrued and can be spent to scout the new young players which can start to be able to be scouted usually around all-star break every season. You can spend a lot of points on doing a 'scouting combine' or 'group demonstration' which scouts multiple players at once. Or you can scout players each one at a time, in two stages, 'scouted once' and 'interviewed'. Scouting players until they are in 'Interviewed' status will show you their age, height and stats of a scrimmage type game. It will also show you a rating our of 5 stars of Potential and Skills. You want to pick the player with the highest combination of these two ratings when drafting.

If this answered your question, awesome.... if not, check out the Official Guide & FAQ here. (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...)

Thanks. actually I did it. I remember that I choose the plays have two high ratings ( 5 or 4 balls and A+). however, the result is that I get a play whose potential is 1. so, I just wonder I did right but bad lucky or I did wrong.

Then maybe he has high skills, but low potential. I always go with high potential over skill, cause these players can be trained for a longer time, and have a higher skill cap. Low potential players might have decent skills, but will stop being trainable a lot sooner and become useless players sooner than later.

Edit; by "high skills, but low potential" I mean that he might have have 4-5 Star Skiills, but only 1-2 Stars potential. Did you Interview this player?

if my players total salaries lower than players salaries floor, it will charge me some fees?

It doesn't do that at first, I think they give you a few months of being under the salary floor before they penalize you for it when you first start out.
