Seems ridiculous that it's been made that way. How can you manage a budget when you can't find out timing etc.?

With a construction of this kind you get references and build penalties into the contract and if they take double the time you make sure they pay in reputation, financially and the loss of future work, not just accept that's what happens.

Beside which the game is managing a basketball team not F_ckwit builders

SIgned on 12/3 and ordered construction first day. THe quote said 6 days. I read that it could be out by a day or two. 7 days later it stills says it will be another 4 days. So at least 11 days for a 6 day quote.


It's frustrating I know we all have been there,sometimes it will take longer,and sometimes your builders take less time.Now it will take 4 days to complete ,but I woudn"t be surprised if they are done in 2 days.
That can happen too.
