Where do you and Pippete get your never ending enthusiasm from?

SO it might be easier for teams to stay at the top/less upward mobility.

In my opinion mobility is on an all time low - considering the high transfer prices and the relatively low promotion Bonus.

On the other hand, a more flexible training System would help to Play the best Players to their fullest potential maximizing the chances to move up and even stay there. I am Training bigs right now and will Need one or two seasons to Train their outside skills. If I promote this season, this will mean instant demotion, if I dont demote I might have Troubles winning it all, at least I will have to throw a couple of games - which puts me in a very inconvenient spot, no matter what...

Just a General question: is this an "academic" discussion or were there hints that there are plans to do some changes?

There have been so many changes to make training easier during those last seasons. If they make it even more easy it will be quite boring.

I love the fact that you have to decide between these tradeoffs considering training:
- 1 player 48 mins (risk) - player and backup (safety)
- play him out of positon to work on his skills - play him where he already is best
- try to train maximum of players a week (3 in 1pos-training) - play safe and only train 2 main trainees and a guy who picks up the minutes they leave him
- relatively new: play a player at his perfect position and train B-skills on this position (knowing that he will not train as fast)

This is still a simulation and not reality and never will be. It's not intended. If it was all the players in a team would be trained. The BBs decided they didn't want that. There are some games out there that decided differently. I didn't like these.

The Risk involved in Training 3 or 6 Players is pretty low - the drawback of losing the best possible production because we have to Play out of Position is real and huge.
