first time I heard it from was from Athrunzala several seasons ago and he's a Mod or GM. Most top managers in England thought this was the case. This is easier to see in promotion from D2 to D1 as there are fewer spots and I've not seen a deviation from the 'common wisdom' until this season, therefore the question. I think most people are convinced that you promote in your colour unless the slots are too few, so it would be nice to know if this was wrong all along or something changed. Perhaps this is not a bug, but I didn't know where to post the question, so please feel free to relocate to the appropriate section.
