You are suggesting that the rich get richer. The Div I guys will love it. Lower level managers, if they understand your suggestion, will not.

Well, experience doesn't mean anything after all, so I don't think, that the rich feel that they got richer.

yeah, a player needs to be around 30 years old to get lvl 5 experience

Thats wrong and I am quite fed up with guys selling blatant lies as the truth. In addition, why would you want to help the top teams even more?

I own a 21 year old who has XP4, high usage players gain around 1XP pop per season, so for the average player at the age of 30 you should expect XP around 7-10, just take a peek at the transfer list.

Still we don't know the effects of XP (if there are any...) and thus I think any change would be quite useless or at least not measurable.

Either "experience doesn't mean anything after all" and the whole thread is moot ... OR ... experience is meaningful and you are proposing that the rich get richer. Your choice.

Well, IMO the whole thread is moot. Do what you want, it won't change anything.

hey, I'm not trying to sell anything, just throwing out a suggestion
for the most part managers don't observe Exp too closely to really see the 1 exp pop per season

Well do we need to spoon feed everybody now?

Yes and no...

The rich get richer yes... but unless those higher division people are training players up themselves from 18 years old.....

Most of the transfer market players they will be trying to buy will have low levels of experience (usually) from being developed in the lower leagues where it's more possible to train a player up.

So yes the rich would get richer.... but key players would have lower exp, it'd be more their bench guys that'd be getting richer.
