How does enthusiasm fluctuate up and down based on CT, Normal, and TIE?

This is what I'm asking about. If I'm using Normal, does my 8 or 10 enthusiasm have an effect on their performance?

Yes your team will have better game ratings. You can use CoachParrot to look at that.
