Gotcha, thanks. Any benefit of 1v1 for guards, like does it train handling?

Hey!

One vs One Guards trains:

Jump Shot
Handling

Cheers.

anybody knows which one of JS-HN-DR is trained faster in 1vs1 guards?

I mean, if 1vs1 fw trains also IS and the other 3 at the same pace there's no need at all of 1vs1 guards!

Within the same training, results also vary by the height of the player. Short players get more IS and less DR out of 1v1F, in comparison to tall players.

The "secret" - difference - is:

1v1 Guards:
You training
JS, HD, DR

1v1 Fowards:
You training
JS, HD, DR, IS

The first difference is Fowards train 1 more skill.

The second is:

On 1v1 Guards, lower players have more effects - here, in my opinion, less than 6'6".

On 1v1 Fowards, high players have more effect - more than 6'6".

Here you mean "more effects" like speed of training.

This is the great difference of one to other.

On Jump Shot training, however, don't have anything vantage on speed if you train to Guards or Fowards.

My opinion.

The reason why shorter players popped faster on IS according to the training analysis data is because shorter players tend to be outside oriented, taller players - inside oriented and the data gathered - enormous. Thus hobbits` JS/IS ratios were generally much more in favor of JS, thus elastic effect was much greater, thus they popped faster.

If you train two players with absolutely identical skills, one 183 and the other 218, I am pretty sure the taller`s IS will pop faster though.

Just my opinion.
