This looks like it will be a tough year. It's nice to have a competitive league, but I hope my young players can develop in time or else I'm probably being kicked back down to League IV.

Thanks! I plan on at least being competitive. Whether that happens or not time will tell, but I like my team.

Based on your team's salaries alone (well, that and the fact that you are coming down from D.II), I'd say you are one of the favorites to win the league this season

I guess we'll find out. I was not a great DII team (although I completely tanked the 2nd half of the season), AND I just sold arguably my best player. I do feel like I have enough to be competitive. Not sure about beyond that. Excited for the season to start though!

I almost bought Duffy. Sexy player. I wish I would've, as I hate my team setup this year.

Should be a fun season. I don't think I've ever seen a $250k player on a D3 or D4 team. I'm impressed that A Warrior has been able to keep him this long. I guess it helps when you've drafted and trained him. That merch bonus has to be nice.

Yeah Childress definitely belongs in DI or DII. More power to A Warrior if he's able to keep him and maintain a competitive roster. I am NOT looking forward to matching up against Childress.

Yeah...Duffy was great. I just hate holding on to players too long as they really start to lose value into their early 30's.

Anybody with a little more knowledge of the league care to do a preseason power ranking?? I will do one after games 7, 15, and 22.

HOW DO YOU PLAY ONE MINUTE IN A BASKETBALL GAME AND THEN COME OUT OF THE GAME WITH A "STOMACH VIRUS"???

Sorry, I'm just really upset right now, there goes my starting PG for two weeks :/

The brewskies clearly slipped something in his Gatorade during warm-ups.

Wouldn't surprise me...lol just kidding Brewskies

Though honestly that's the only thing that makes the whole scenario make sense, he went out on the court and realized he couldn't play after whatever they did to him

This is a bit of a crapshoot, especially after the first 3 or 4, but here's my best educated guess:

1. Eggies
2. Tallahassee Trees
3. Big Man Inc
4. Diamantes
5. Dinkle Smurfs
6. Sandy Springs
7. PV Pride
8. Sockdologizers
9. The Brewskies
10. Sir Chewbacca
11. D City
12. Wilcats
13. California Knights
14. Tucumcari Whalers
15. Bacon Hill Beavers
16. ThunderDogs
