Thanks, lesson learned. Maybe my new trainee will be more IS by doing 1v1 forward rather than guards. When I started training him along with a couple other trainees I totally misread/misunderstood 1v1 and figure since they were small, less than 6-4 I thought it was more effective to train 1v1 guards.

So he willb be 23 after this season....will that be too old for him to pop in IS being that he is short?? I plan on either buying another trainee that can train IS as well so he'll be more SF built with IS and guard skills high would be my goal

You can still train him, 23-24 is not that old. People train high potential players till they are 27-28, some even more.

I'm training a potential NT at 25 currently along with a couple young trainees. Basically training 1 position for this season and hoping he can get a few more IS pops. He's also an MVP, 110tsp's pretty balanced but i am mainly doing it for keeping him so i can try to make a run over the next couple seasons as my other younger trainees develop.
