There is a problem with (38489940) his total skill point is wrong. The fact that he has two skills over 22 might be it, or it is something else.

I've played extensively patient in a team built for that strategy, and usually it is alwas the same player who shots. The only discrepancy i saw was in the fourth quarter when experience kicks in. But that was with a not so bad old guy that had twice the experience of my chosen shooter.
If you beleive in experience you might also beleive in the effect of stamina if the two players are close in skills.

Sorry to be the devils advocate here, you are comparing two different games. Patient offense usually looks for the biggest mismatch. Its not always going to be the best player on your team. Especially, if that player is matched very well defensively by the opposing team.

What is Nurol’s JR? He is only 15 for 65 (23%) this season when shooting 3s. That seems pretty low for a patient guy. Looks for me like he is getting his mismatch in JS to opponents OD but can’t really capitalize on it. From my experience playing patient gives the best results when your main shooter is around 50% from behind the arc.

Echoing what Ob1 said, it also depends on your opponents' defense. Particularly the OD on the bigs, but also the guards ability to get passes to the best mismatch.
