Hi mates,

My name is Jacobo, i play BB since season 8. I´ve been at Spain U 21 staff and i´ve been Jamaica and Lubnan U21 manager for the last 6 seasons and it´s time to make a change. I´ve played vs your NT and i think that Belarus U21 has players and potential enough to get great results.
My way to manage your young boys is talking to the managers and knowing about their training and how to improve them.
If you let me be your manager next two years i promise to work hard.
