If the trainees were high potential I would most likely go with 2, train the 2 better ones for 48+ and the last for whatever you can. Seeing one of yours is in the Italian U21, you may still want to do this anyway.

Generally speaking with mid to low potential, you may want to train 2 position OD or go with option 1 and train 1v1/JS. Whether you stick with OD or change regime to get 100% depends on how low the potential and what the current skills are, because these players will cap soon enough anyway that losing 35% training in a week it won't matter

yeah, i had a superstar potential foul out after 38 minutes and missed it til rollover so got no bump his first week. Aggravating.

These players injure others way more than they get injured. Another point to them.

Saturday utopia game. The opponent's PG takes out my starting SG on defense, then he takes out the backup SG and finally goes on the other side and takes out also my starting PG on offense. 3 guards out. That's with a level 4 doctor, assuming that's even relevant.
