hello and thank you for answering- both trainers are at level 5 and my players are having an heigh of 2,08.......two with 2,06 and one with 1,98 meters.........i am wondering about Bilgic.....he had two ups in rebounding on two following weeks !
he is having a talent of record-player and now his rebound is at level 7 (only) but in two weeks ^^......this is great ! :)
but im hoping that my four guys will sometimes get ups in inside-def or blocking.
if i can sell one of them i will go to 1-position-training again to the other inside-skills.
i hope your training will also working very good next weeks and seasons ! :)

Bilgic should be getting about +0.50 in rebounding per week. That estimate depends on his current elastic effect. If his inside shot and inside defense are higher than rebounding he'll train rebounding faster. Rebounding only cross-trains inside defense and not by a significant amount so don't plan on defense or blocking increases. But it is great when that does happen.

it's a compilation of user generated graphs from the USA offsite. they were compiled on estimates made prior to the addition of training facilities so they're a bit on the conservative side.

now my plan has changed- i would like to go upstairs to league 2 and have bought five strong players so i have to make a new tactic for training......i hope it will work.
