Maybe to add to this, what is the consensus of what is optimal to have.

Is the goal in the end to have maxed everything out, or would that not be efficient in terms of weekly cost?

If you are new to this game, I suggest you not think about this infrastructure at all. Expanding the arena is the priority, then trainer, then 18yro pot 7+ trainees. After 2-3 seasons, upgrade gym, then training court.
