Yeah, I agree about the all-star game. The award for MVP should be more sizable though.

i think a players history with such notice would be enough, because those voting was lot depending on cup succes and training changes in the formation

indeed teams who rotate players will be penalized, because those players, even though maybe better than others, play less time. Especially MVP takes likes players who are in the league leaders list, but to be in there your player needs a minimum amount of games.
Ofcourse it is discussable that a player who plays less than that could be seen as most valuable...

You could get in the lead letters with one game per week, but you have to look dont let somebody come from bench often.

I rotate my players so that most have 1 game as starter and 1 game as switchplayer. When the do not start, they pull their records down because they mostly get between 10 and 20 minutes of play-time those games.

If you want to get in the records, but also want to get your players as close to 48 minutes, you do not have much options. ;) and imho no good option at all.
