I agree that 27 might be bit too low age but overall I don't see a major problem. Teams just have to adjust by training 2 players instead of 3 when they get older.

As I said, 27 might be too low age. If it was 29 or 30, I feel like it would be much less of a problem but I still think the current change is fine as is. But could be better!

Yeah, I have 26/27 year olds trainees right now, and I don't see how can I train them both and play them both regular minutes in competitive matches at the same time.
