Thanks! I guess I've never paid much attention to this particular aspect. So the only way to change Utopia league at the lowest level is promotion after all...

I guess Perpette could move this to the suggestions forum then - I suggest that this is changed, so that teams are shuffled there as well.

Do you want that all teams in D4 Utopia were shuffled each season or only the ones finishing last ?
Well... it was more of a joke than a real suggestion but in case by chance it gets traction - only the teams that would have been relegated if there were a tier V. As it it in regular leagues (above last tier, I guess).
