The 76% only includes the league game, which after a quick look through I can only see 1 game where he has missed more than 1 in a league game. Missing 1 a game isn’t too bad, but over the season his FT% has suffered.

I don’t have the time but check his overall FT% including cups, BBM etc to see what he is actually shooting this season.

Also, doesn’t stamina affect FT shooting as well? That’s maybe his only weak point in the FT formula that I know of.

I understand your pain.
Player with 28FT and 18JS shouldn't missed 8shots out of 33 on the free throw line.
It's not a point to train player to 28FT(and 18 JS) so he can get 75,8 FT%.
Imagine Steve Nash or Ray Allen missing 8shots out of 33 on FT line - sick!

Stamina and game shape? These are connected to the formula aswell, might explain a bit
