No need to be rude after less than twelve hours, friend. Give it time; not everyone checks the forums every day.

In my experience, PR Managers are as helpful at selling tickets as they are at merchandise; and it's definitely worth it to get a specialty on your PR Manager for that little boost to home games or away games (crowd involvement/national appeal). That couple extra points can make a huge difference in a close game, though I don't have data to determine exactly how much that boost is.

At present I only have Level 2 PR, but I plan to go to 3 or 4 when I move up to D.III

I have PR level 5 with spec, 21k salary and...no...too much cost for the benefits that he apported (only upgrade about 13k of sold tickets). We have no official rules about staff, so is a mistery for all user

You already got your answer despite all of this, but still my 50c -> no, PR is generally not worth it past lvl 2-3 (for the specialty).
