trainer and young trainer ok, I had a doctor for longtime, level 3, but to be honest, at my level, I was wondering is it is not the best option to buy another player, if one has a long blessure, than paying an high salary. I'm start thinking that staff and structures are just for really top teams, at III or IV div they are totally worthless and money draining for what they give back.

Youth Trainer only has an effect if you are training players that are 18 or 19 years old. Once your trainees are older than that, there is no value in continuing to pay a YT.

FYI, staff specialty impact does not increase with staff level, it's a constant value.

Yes, level 4 doctors are worth it. You'll have injuries, but most of the time they'll be more than manageable.

Maybe for a top team like your, at that salary I think that 1 season doc salary, for a div IV team, doesn't match even the player value on the market.
