I think that your player (51294750) gets less merch because he is not in NT match squad.
He needs to be listed in boxscore(even if he plays 0minutes) - he will get more.
Try to compare with your others NT players which play regulary in NT.

Yes, you are definitely right that I get lower merch for him because he doesn't play any NT matches yet. Still a bit low for the other players though.
