I think the lvl of doctor does influence the length of injury, but only before the injury actually happens. It doesnt increase the healing rate of one who is already injured.

So the injuries you recive with a good doctor are shorter and more rare.

Yes, but the rules still say lots of things that aren't true, so how does anyone know which rules are true and which aren't?

Somewhere on the rules page it says that the only real rules are the english ones (dunno USA or UK but I guess USA) those are the only real rules.

If you have money to spare a lvl 10 doctor doesn't hurt, but you really don't need one.
