Wait, an election that has registered candidates but no voters would be managed by a bot?

I think that's only for elections with no registered candidates.

I would certainly hope so. I don't think any NTs should have to "go bot" if there is a user willing to be coach...

I think that BB should maybe implement a quorum, say 10 votes. Just don't close the voting until that many people vote.

How can you have a NT without any active club teams?

BTW, are there any rules for the NT yet other than that Angola is in trouble?

How can there be elections with candidates and no votes? Every candidate can vote for himself, can't he?
