I think the browser is doing it when it displays messages with many lines.

I just entered a message with many lines. When you're composing the PA it just expands the page. But when you go to the overview for your team it will have the scrollable box.

at my pm it cut of at the overview page :) How many line did you add, before the scroll bar appears?

It appears to be about 20 lines.
