It would've been nice to know of these changes before throwing 9.5 million at one player. It's a shame, I'm starting to see the fruits of my long term plan start to bloom and then it all gets switched up. It's not like I was hoarding cash and training and selling players just to acquire a bunch of cash.

I hope this isn't just a reaction to the some of the outsized bid that have been happening before the playoffs... uhhhhh... whoever might have been doing that... Not going to point any fingers... *whistles inconspicuously*

Oh, well. At least I sold my high salary players while the market was at its peak. I hope the rest of you did the same while people still had money.

I have to wonder if this was done in advance of the elections. You have the Conservative "Trickle down" on it's way out and the Liberal "Tax the rich" on the way up. Maybe the developers are Poli-sci majors.

As a new-ish team to the NBBA I'm feeling screwed and feel like that the teams currently in division II are in a better position to catch the established NBBA teams than I am. I guess I just promoted slightly too early. sigh. 40% reduction in my attendance basically leaves me breaking even between attendance and (end of season level) merchandise revenue. I guess I will make the $35k a week in revamped tv revenue.

Also, that line about every DI team turning a profit this past season even with the reduction, does that include cup games? the old television revenue? the possible two weeks of no attendance income at the end of the season?
