At the end of the 3rd quarter of my last game, the playoff semi-final, I had this sequence:

:08 my team rebounded
:00 my team called for shot clock violation
:00 series of subsitutions
:00 end of quarter

How can you have a shot clock violation with less than :24 on the clock? And why all the subs at the end of the quarter?

The shot-clock violation at the end of the quarter is well-known, and has absolutely nothing to do with this topic.

In my PO game my opponent also had many steals, and almost all of tem were after my player's rebounds... Look @ Q3 of my PO game

This is normal. Your opponent played Full Court Press.
