I don't like the new system. Mainly because of the hassle, but also because it is a new big expense, and I'm losing money as it is.
Obviously I'm doing something wrong, since I'm losing money and I still can't win - the new staff system only makes it worse.
I also don't like that their wages will keep going up, which means that I will have to deal with the hassle from time to time.
But there are other things about this game that I dislike a lot more.
