if is like the last year you must pic a little bit less of 300

i.e. 180 for 200 if you go in IV

but this year i don't know

also me don't have the money and i ask if there is a bug or the rules are changed

So they are supposed to receive money? Full amount , half or nothing? And what about those teams that should relagate but didn't because there were only bots in lower divisions. I'm not complaining or rooting for any of these options but I think it should be clear (and automatic as well).

We have fulfilled what was promised in the rules. Every team that ended-up in a higher division than they were in the previous season, by whatever method (winning their non-DI league, bot-promotion, relegation followed by double bot-promotion, etc.) received the full amount listed in the rules for their new division level. The idea is that this is not a reward, but rather a small bit of assistance to help the promoting team compete with the teams in the higher division.
