and he get training in his secondaries(JS and 1on1) the last weeks, so there are stronger player out there because the insideskills still popped very fast before we switch training.

But in germany i most to be honest he is our strongest center^^

PS: About Mathiot and Potenitial, i like to say blocking leads to lower salarys on center when they reach their skill cap - but the other secondaryshave only a slight impact. But size matters in Training, and this is also an Advantage mathiot have against the other 80k centers who mostly have better B-Skills. But i also know Center with disastrous B-Skills who won't pop anymore, and don't have more skills then the other allstars(or even less when you look at the sum of all skills because of the bad B-Skills)

He will be over 100k/week, what I didn't understand is why training shot blocking... It's a skill that raise a lot the salary and don't give any advantage.

normally Blocks and affected shots aren't the same ;) We wasn't sure about the impact on blocking and planned something like 14-14-14-10 for him after we reached that, he trains shot blocking because it have not the high impact on salary like the other ones.

In expectations that it counts for ID too, then normally you make 3-4 times a shot more difficult before you block it, but in my eyes this is also part of blocking. After that BB forest vclears that in the suggestion thread and opens my eyes, and the one from Motte trainer.
Old statements about that was a bit missleading from the BB, as a small excuse -> (33639.21) :(
So the ~1blk a game is a kind of joke, in comparision to the salary you have to pay for, which makes sb to a bad skill in salary/effort calculation.

and with 8 or 9 shot blocking instead of 14, his salary is about half, right?

it's not allowed to add links to players on the transfer market... maybe you can delete those in the first 2 posts? :)
