That list is by age.

What we look for are well-rounded players who absolutely must be able to play defense.

It's descending by age, then salary for players of the same age. So don't take as their "spot in line".

I can't speak for Juice, but I can say there are definitely both well-rounded and specialist players on the list. Most of the guys that end up on the team tend to be pretty well rounded, since we don't want to have to adjust the roster too often during the season, and need to have the flexibility to play a wide array of tactics against a wide array of teams.

The cuts for 19+ have been finalized and reflected in the first post.

Had two ideas for National Team info.

1. I'd like to see a depth chart or ranking list for all players deep enough in the NT system by position. Something like top 20 PG, SG, SF, PF, C to see how players really stack up. You wouldn't even have to list skill levels or anything just to see how players stack up on a relative level because after all, you need 5 unique players to play a game.

2. I wonder if the off-site forum would be better suited as a blog or website style with comments rather than posts? Most of the information being put out there is more of a press release style and I think it may be easier for the casual user to pop over and see what's new rather than searching through forums and trying to differentiate between different users posts. It would also allow more flexibility with the information presented and how it is presented.

Just my 2 cents.

The only problem with #1 is that a single list per position isn't all that useful. If we just make a list of the top PGs, it's unlikely the #10 really ever has much of a shot for the team. What you'd really want is top 5-10 per position for age 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22+. But, that's a lot of lists.

#2 is an interesting idea. Just have to make sure we can still restrict access to USA owners.

All owners with NT candidates have been contacted, and we're basically in cruise mode until the Worlds now.
