Tell me what your training setting is. Is it Jumpshot guards or what is your setting? If you have it as team training it will be slower. Other explanation I can think of is that you have not trained 48 minutes all of these weeks. Looked like you done so last week but did not check it longer back than that.
But my guess is that you have wrong training chosen and that you train too many positions and you haven't done so for more than 4-5 weeks at most.
