Thanks. I think I found a few good trainee's but I was wondering should I upgrade my level 1 trainer to a level 4 trainer as i read that i makes quite a difference in he speed of the training.

it reallly makes difference, I recommend you to buy lvl 4 trainer or better (it depends on you actual financial situation)
