Glad to be here. We lucked out in our first game and beat a team with better talent. Outscoring them 51-25 IN THE SECOND HALF (are there many games like that?).
Newly acquired 23 y.o. SF Pere Matllo yanked down 19 rebounds while PG Eugene Marvin scored 24 pts and PF Brad Hinds added 16 pts. As a team the Cubanos shot 23 of 34 from the Foul Line (that is a miracle as our team is weak overall from the line).
