In my experience, when a player reaches his potential, it will immediately take at least double the time to move up a level.

Isn't this the same as the soft cap question.. I heard that the soft cap on an All Star is around $50,000..That is when his training will slow down.. Peace

Does anyone have an idea or experience about soft caps on different potentials? for example star or below potential?

Most of the really good teams don't buy anything lower than a All-star... I find myself doing the same thing.. Peace

is there a way to help prevent them from hitting their potential too fast? I heard someone talking on the forums about how if a player hits their potential in one skill, it slows down all other skill training too...

would rotating training make it easier to keep them training at optimal speeds?

BTW maybe it's a dumb question, but can anyone tell me if the potential cap is affected by Free Throw or Experience?
