So, in my understanding, here's how it works. At the end of the season, the league winners are automatically promoted. After that, all the free spots in the higher division are filled by the teams with the best records in the lower one, no matter how they performed in the playoffs.

This is correct. Promotion, however, is conditional on whether there are bot teams remaining on the higher level, as lucky losers will only replace bot teams.

Thank you. At the start of the season I was convinced you have to make at least the league final in order to win a promotion, but it seems I was wrong.

@JohnnyB: no you don't have to have the best record in your league, I knew that because in the previous season the team with the best record in my league (21-1) won the final, and the season to best (20-2) lost but was promoted anyway, obviously as a lucky loser.

Well last season i promoted even if i lost the finals. To promote must: 1) bot teams on the higher division, 2nd) Have the best rekord of your division for example II.1, II2, II.3 etc. I had the best rekord only by few points, and not by the wins

I am not sure if they first take the best from each division and take the best of those or if they take the best in the whole level and promote them, i.e. if two teams from II.1 and none from II.2 are promoted aas lucky losers could be promoted.

But it is the best team from II.1 that are top priority for getting promoted and not the best final losers which would be much more logical in my opinion.

This is what i said, or trying to said. English is not my 1st language. To replace a bot team on the higher division, you must have the best rekord from any other team of your division, not only for example on III.1, that you play but also on III.2, III.3, etc

When a team is promoted for winning the league they get a $ bonus to help at the next level, I thought I read somewhere that teams that get promoted because of bot cleanup do not get these $.

Is this correct?

You will get 1 mill. Try to spend them wise, and get 1 really good player than 2-3 average.

You will get the promotion bonus. You will not get an extra boost in Season Ticket Holders that the winner of the league gets.

If you get promoted, when will you be informed? During the offseason most likely?

How will you also be informed? Thanks.
