the best tip you could give him here, try to talk about his case with another gm you are allowed to get an 2cd opion.

We don't have enough information, here in the forum to judge the case and even when we have it - we can not ;)

GMs do not determine fines based solely on TPE. Fines are issued based on how much such players are selling for on the transfer market.

No-one will be fined for a situation similar to the one that you describe.

Also, it is against forum rules to discuss specific cases and the GM decisions on them. If you have concerns with how something was resolved, please use appeals@buzzerbeater.com to make your case.

I suggest to build a board called Arbitration .

and a borad named Accusation if possible .

It will be helpful with the communication .

Won't happen. Cases will not be discussed in public, period.

Arbitration is just a way to complain the administration behavior.
it is just a rationalization proposal .
to set gm free from both being executor & arbitrator .

i don't think you treat me well , you may judge me as a colleague of somebody .
that is not nice of you

Yes, you did, you just proposed the creation of 2 boards intended to discuss GM decisions in public. This is not acceptable. There are other channels to do this.

The proper way to submit any sort of complaints is to e-mail appeals@buzzerbeater.com. The e-mail goes to the BBs and the senior GM staff.

For reference, here are the Forum rules: (1592.1).

not in public , the discuss should be private .

first , user post a complain public to make a case .
second , arbitrator ask for all the proofs , discuss in some hide board , double check
third, arbitrator post the result public , the administration behavior is proper or improper

this process is well accepted in lots of forums.
