So simply logging in and trying again might solve your problem. We are working on fixing this more elegantly. A que se debe?Para solucionarlo debe desconectar su modem. Si con eso no se arregla el problema le enviaremos un técnico a su domicilio dentro de las próximas 72 horas. Si se verificr que la conexión ha sido adulterada, la visita del técnico será cargará a su cuenta mensual de BB.Muchas gracias por llamar (?)
